DESCRIPTION OF USE

Suitable for superficial processing both for the review to eliminate weeds and to refine even moist or clayey grounds for the preparation of the seed bed. In particular, the VIBRO-FLEX MAJOR ESPANA is suitable for the processing of large plots with medium and high power tractors.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

The VIBRO FLEX MAJOR ESPANA is a modular tool built on 4 rows in the larger versions over mt. 2.50 on request is manufactured with mechanical folding up to 2,50 meters plus with hydraulic folding operated directly from the driver's seat to reduce clutter during transport.

FRAME

Frame in square and rectangular section of structural type with high resistance to bending and torsion stresses even for difficult terrain; the frame design allows the operator easy access for maintenance.

STIRRUPS HOLD THE SPRINGS

The springs are anchored to the frame by means of a double steel plate held together by 4 galvanized bolts. This is a new mounting system with greater reliability on the seal especially for the most inaccessible terrain and for greater light under the chassis to avoid flooding.

VIBRATING SPRINGS

Spanish springs 45 x 12 in special steel of the highest certified quality subjected to a rigorous heat treatment with two-hole coulter attachment. Special shape of the base of the spring that allows the share to fit almost flat. This reduces friction during machining and avoids the typical tears of vibrocultors.

HYDRAULIC CONTROL FOR FOLDING

Hydraulic system with control from the driver's seat. The folding of the tool reduces the bulk during transport;

HYDRAULIC JACKS

Hydraulic system with 2 jacks equipped with block valve for a perfect seal;

PLOUGHSHARE

special ploughshare of 135 or 195 with double hole for a better seal on the spring;

ACCESSORIES ON REQUEST

Spring reinforcement with eye (ideal for strong and clayey soils with stones);

Adjustable rubber wheels;

Tweezer harrow with elastic teeth with adjustable inclination and with shock absorber on each sectioning. It is built with galvanized springs wire 12 (for a perfect refinement of the soil especially wet);

Cage rollers of 400 which also regulate the working depth (for perfect refinement of the hard and dry soil).
