TILLER HYDROPNEUMATIC CULTIVATOR

DESCRIPTION OF USE
Suitable for revision processing to eliminate weeds both for plowing hard, waterproof and even moist or clayey silty soils. In particular the NO STOP HYDROPNEUMATIC CULTIVATOR TILLER facilitates water drainage. Oxygenates the soil and prevents drought. The particular shape of the anchors allows an easy penetration even in the most tenacious and hard soils. Consequently, it reduces power absorption without unduly straining the tractor parts.
The NO STOP hydropneumatic safety system allows tilling heavy soils with the presence of stones and hard clay layers never worked before.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
The TILLER HYDROPNEUMATIC CULTIVATOR is a modular tool built on 2 or 3 rows. In the larger versions over mt. 2,50 on request it is manufactured with hydraulic folds operated directly from the driving seat to reduce the space occupied during transport.


FRAME
Frame with two or three rows of square section bars of considerable thickness with high resistance to bending and torsion stresses even for difficult terrain; the frame design allows the operator easy access for maintenance.

NO STOP HYDROPNEUMATIC SAFETY SYSTEM
Hydro-pneumatic safety system consisting of a special cylinder for each working body (shanks) and a max. Working pressure accumulator of 250 bar equipped with an NBR bag membrane. Class III storage certificate, certified, full quality guarantee.

PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT
System equipped with pressure regulator with pressure gauge to adjust the rigidity of the shanks according to the work requirements to preserve the tractor and rippers parts.

SHANKS in special wear-resistant steel HARDOX.


HYDRAULIC CONTROL FOR FOLDING
Hydraulic system with control from the driver's seat. The folding of the tool reduces the bulk during transport.

HYDRAULIC JACKS
Hydraulic system with 2 jacks equipped with block valve for a perfect seal;

PLOUGHSHARE
special ploughshare with triple hole for a better hold on the shanks;

ACCESSORIES
HYDRAULIC FILLING
STANDARD CAGE ROLLER  400 that also regulates the depth of work (for a perfect refinement of the hard and dry soil)
